We start with an online meeting to identify your company’s goals and analyze your needs. We then present you with our available training programs or gather requirements to create a custom training plan for your teams

To ensure you're confident in our expertise and teaching methods, we always kick things off with a free test drive lesson with one of our school’s instructors
Assess your employees’ proficiency levels
Our testing process includes:
- Written and audio tasks, specifically designed by our school to comprehensively evaluate your employees' levels.
- Individual calls with each employee to assess their speaking skills. Based on the results, we recommend dividing employees into groups by their proficiency levels.
Finalize the schedule for group sessions
We build a convenient timetable with your team, taking into account your company's needs
Kick off our training
- We onboard your employees onto an easy-to-use interactive platform where all training will take place.
- We create Telegram chats (any other messenger of your choice will also work) for each team to facilitate communication and send reminders about sessions.
